TBS4 is a brand new piece of software, so it's not free. It was launched last week but launch price ended 31st May 2019 at midnight.  :(. The lowest price was $37 annually for basic but that is now $67 annually

You will still have access to TBS3.

If you go to the page https://thebestspinner.com/v4/ and look and then go to leave, you get offered a 30% discount.  ;)

Hi Marian,
you need to enter a search term in the music box, eg pop or funky, etc. There is no drop down source of plr music but there are music clips available, but you need to search on the TYPE of music. Hope this helps.

Have you contacted help desk http://support.prosperative.com/ and submitted a ticket? They don't always work at weekends, so until they open, if it were me I would try (a), checking my microphone to see whether it is still set to recording for IVW, (b) if that didn't solve it, I would log out of IVW and log back in to see if that solved it and if not, (c) I would try using one of the automatic voices to see if that is working and if so, THEN try recording with my own voice.

I take it you have checked to see that your microphone is still working? EG try it with something else or even try a new test video?
