gomedia, it makes no sense for you not to give us your cpanel details. Just provide them or the site builders cannot progress your site build.

Steve,

I can't see a ticket from you under the email you have on this forum. If you PM me the email address you used to open your ticket I'll check it for you.

General Chatter / Re: Prosperative Support seems to have gone MIA?

I’ll handle this for you, but so I’m clear, you didn’t submit your site choice details via the submission form you get after making a purchase?  You only sent your details via support?

If you send me a private message with the details it will come to my email. The site build team do work at weekends so we can probably get your site sorted out very quickly for you.

Instant Video Wizard / Re: Slide Timings
« on: September 10, 2019, 11:07:46 AM »
Without seeing your specific project and knowing what you're trying to achieve, I can't give you a general answer.

If you open a support ticket we can deal with it there for you.

Hi JM

The accuracy is (because of the way it's coded) not possible to make 100%.

If you give me more details of the particular problem you're having I'll try to help you.

I've just tested Russian in my account and it works.

Send me a private message with more details, including your account login and I'll ask Jon to look into this.

Instant Video Wizard / Re: Videoblocks.com Content Missing?
« on: April 19, 2019, 12:25:12 PM »
The images that appear do depend on the keywords you choose, but we are adding content as we move forward.

We won't be adding back in videoblocks because of the massive increase in their subscription charges to us. Unless we increased the cost of Instant Video Wizard 400% to cover the difference, which we don't do, it's not coming back in.

John,

PM me your login details and the details of the job you ran and I'll ask Jon to look in to that.

Jack,

I'd need to see an example really.

Can you send me details via live chat or support? Don't send any details here.

If you can also give me your login for the site I can check your existing recordings.

Or live chat on any of our sites (the icon shows in the bottom right corner)

Instant Video Wizard / Re: Microphone has gone dumb

Hi Jack,

I think what you'll need to do is (if you're using Chrome) go into SETTINGS then ADVANCED, then CONTENT SETTINGS and delete the setting for Instant Video Wizard.

When you next login to Instant Video Wizard (you may need to clear your browser cache) and try to record audio it should ask for your permission.

If you use Firefox it's the same principle.

Swipe Viral / Re: Facebook Search Feature

I don't know what the answer will be, but I've already passed this feature request over to our coding team.

As we mentioned in the webinar itself, we'll be adding it to the normal help area within your account.

However, I have to edit that video and as I mentioned in the other thread I'm ill at the moment so it's likely to be tomorrow or Wednesday by the time I've uploaded it there.

Absolutely agree with you :)

And the good news is that there will be exactly that kind of training, but we had to get the launch done first and we'll be scheduling - and inviting everyone who got Swipe Viral - to that later this week.

The training is likely to be next week or the week after, depending how soon I recover from my illness!

Swipe Viral / Re: Need Assistance with xmlrpc.php
« on: March 14, 2019, 11:40:10 AM »
Years ago XML-RPC - in some cases - could make a site a bit less secure.

However it's not a problem these days, unless your hosting company is one of those who don't really understand it and how to use it.

You cannot autopost to a blog without it, so you'll have to decide whether to enable it and use Swipe Viral or do without the benefits.

It may even be that you need more than a plugin. Your hosting company might have added security rules that prevent XML-RPC from working. If that's the case you will need to speak to them to get it enabled.
