Have you contacted help desk http://support.prosperative.com/ and submitted a ticket? They don't always work at weekends, so until they open, if it were me I would try (a), checking my microphone to see whether it is still set to recording for IVW, (b) if that didn't solve it, I would log out of IVW and log back in to see if that solved it and if not, (c) I would try using one of the automatic voices to see if that is working and if so, THEN try recording with my own voice.

I take it you have checked to see that your microphone is still working? EG try it with something else or even try a new test video?

Abandoned software has no help from a help desk. Helpdesk provided help, for a small TBS problem, that gave a work around. Therefore it is not abandoned. The software is probably the best spinner you can get, I have not seen anyone claim any other software even to be as good, let alone better. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, is an excellent maxim.
