General Chatter / Where is RankCrew?

I've posted here and I don't have access to rankcrew in the forum. My problem is my funds have been taken away $250 and I don't know why. I'd sure like someone to enlighten me.

Like I said before, I don't see rankcrew here in the forum, so if you move my post it won't help me a bit, because I get an error clicking on the reply link.

You showed how an info-graphic really impresses a reader and cuts down on bounce rate.

Do you, or will you be creating some kind of cross platform (Mac-Windows) software or program where we can make infographics for any niche, any topic sometime in the future?

If so, any project release date?

Niche Jet / Unable to purchase NJ-Authority

Please note: YES! I have also submitted a support ticket-just trying to seek some kind of response.

Hi! Just got an email, 24 minutes ago offering NicheJet Authority sites. So I thought, "Hey, sounds nifty-cool!". When I landed on the sales page, clicked on buy now I was taken to a "Nichejet login" page. I don't have any "login credentials" that I know of. I tried to use password recovery using the email I "always" use for these kind of purchases and I got a page that says that my account doesn't exist. So.....

My only conclusion is that this offer is for folks who have a Nichejet 'login account'--- which I don't have.

I would appreciate some kind of confirmation if this is true. Thank you.

Niche Jet / NJ Domain Transfer Question

I registered my NicheJet Domain and set the Nameservers to NJ Nameservers. I have now transferred the site to to my HostGator account. So all I have to do now is change the NJ Nameservers to my HostGator Nameservers. Is that correct?

Hi! Got my email saying that the site has completed quality control and that I can move ahead with the transfer.

Before I do, I have a question:

I made a "duplicate" WP-Content file from YOUR cPanel and saved it on my desktop. Now when I copy it to MY cPanel root (public-html), it will in effect, replace the WP-Content file I already have there, will this change affect my other WP sites's Themes, plugins' etc?

FYI: All sites are add-on domains. Shared hosting with Hostgator. I know AskJonLeger Support doesn't supply support for these type of queostions. I'm wondering if some one here can enlighten me.

I have a feeling that there is no cause to worry, my other sites will be in their own "blissful theme state" as if nothing happened. Just want to make sure  :)

Niche Jet / NicheJet Order Confirmation Help

Hi! Just ordered a NicheJet (1 site). Got a PayPal Receipt but no NicheJet order confirmation. Yes, I checked the spam folder, nothing there either.

I have submitted a ticket: Case #14544

Just want to know if you folks got it and are working towards sending a confirmation.

Just seeking some clarification about our Request Topics in our AB dashboard, will they be 'cleared' out as you go through them?

Sorry, not sure how it's all going to play out. I understand you'll send topics to writers that have enough "interest" votes. And I understand that if we want to "continue" getting more content on an already "available" topic we should continue to submit that to Request Topics.

Just curious to know what happens to our list after you review them.

Article Builder / Chomping at the bit waiting for the new material

Hey Jon,
I really like the idea of this Article Builder. I have a few questions....

Can you give a little more detail about how long it will take for new content to be added based on the suggestions?

And is there anything we can do if for some reason our suggestion doesn't have enough 'votes'?

Here's the story. I've tried both weight loss and nutrition for the keyword "detox" (I also used other related words) but nothing really came back that included the keyword.

Just now I tried again using the 'inject content'. This time I pasted in a detox article, Keyword "detox" tried all variations of nutrition and weight loss (adding a little bit, as side bar etc) and got a window saying "can't inject content".

So for now, I should move on to something that I 'can' get either from Article Builder or 'inject content' and hang tight until this niche is added.

Is that correct?

IAW 3.083 on a 24" Mac running Parallel VM.

I like to have my windows VM opened along with my other Mac windows so I can easily work between both systems. Unfortunately, when I go to the 'Web' tab I have to scroll right-to-left for reading the web content.

I wish there was a way to make the Topic - Frequency window 'narrower'. 

Yes, I know, if I make my VM windows bigger, than I can in turn make the IAW window bigger and eventualy I won't need to scroll left-to-right, but I lose the cool ability to bounce back to my Mac app windows.

This feature I would imagine may be also useful for anyone using a small screen running Windows or a Mac VM.

The Best Spinner 2 / HELP! Lost the "Synonym" window--very frustrating

It's been a while since I last used TBS. Running v2.06 on a Mac using Parallels.

I wanted to do quick rewrite so I used 'replace' and selected whole paragraphs. That 'synonym window' was always in the way so I minimized the heck out of it.

Boy was that a mistake. It's gone! I tried logging out then logging in. I tried uploading the article again.

Nothing. So as of this moment, I can't use TBS. Very frustrating.

Wish there was a way to to physically move the window around and within TBS---you know, like you can do on any and all Mac Apps :D

Seriously, has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? I'll keep at it. In the mean time.
