Hi, any1 in JL team or alliance care to help out?

I had bought 5 website package from NicheJet 1 week ago and submitted main set of keywords. However, after the 1st email reply for questions that I posted to Askjonleger.desk.com, there has NOT been an answer to the rest of the questions for 5 days NOW?!

Is JL too busy marketing and selling that support is totally abandoned or neglected? If so, what's the point of selling to the masses and failed to delivered good and prompt customer service?! Further, there is no automatic tracking of ticket submission, which left customers "hanging in the air" and not sure what to do next.

Please buck up and improve your support. Else, I am asking for a full refund!

Thx for the improved interface of the Best Spinner. Just wondering where's the "Auto rewrite article" function gone to? As that function was added recently in TBS2, will it be incorporated in TBS3?

@bstbiz: Yes, I have the same problem as yours.

Why is it that TBS crashes with error once I clicked on auto-rewrite? It just does not work.
Error: Unhandled exception has occuured in your application...Length cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: length. <--???

The culprit seems to be .NET framework compatibility issue here.
Can u please get your programmer to throughout test the feature? BTW, can't attach error jpg due to your inbox full.

Oh yes. I encountered that once before. Restarted the software and it was fine. Not sure whether that's a bug or application conflict. Have not used IAW3 that often yet to quantify it as a software problem.  Hope this helps.

Simply downloading the latest version 2.9045 TBS STILL DOES NOT HELP solve the problem!
Simply highlighting the typed text in the article tab causes the {snip} software to CRASH again and again!
Even clicking on the EasySpin will crash it.
Sigh...disappointing...

No, uninstalling & reinstalling the software did not work.

I have tried typing plain text directly in TBS. Then when I highlight the text, the software just crashes! A no. of times like that. What could be the reason? Or type in direct, clicked on EasySpin, and it crashes. Sigh...can't proceed using the software at all.
