Swipe Viral / Re: Additional Training Video!

thanks for the response. I've done all that and it was in that hour-long video that they said a few times that there was a training video for the members who bought the program. It sounded like there was a more comprehensive training video to watch with more tricks and tips...

Swipe viral itself is fairly straightforward. I wonder if this blog post is what was being referred to? It isn't about swipeviral, as such, but about using duplicate content on your post. Maybe this would help? It's about 9 minutes long.

I'm wondering the same thing too. I bought this program last year and am finally getting around to using it as it looks very powerful and a real time saver.
They mentioned in the overview training video that there is a training video but I can't find it. I've contacted the help desk but the one response I got was a "don't know, I'll check" and never heard back (which is very concerning because Prosperative seems like a very professional company).
I'd just like to know if there is more training like promised in the video because I want to take full advantage of the program.

If you log in to swipeviral and click on the help button at the top right, there are several articles on that page, including a PDF manual, which is 23 pages long; and down at the bottom, there are also several video tutorials, including one that is an hour long. The video has several tabs along the top with different aspects of swipeviral.

Instant Video Wizard / Re: Video doesn't render

My video won't render.
How can one tell WHICH slide may be corrupt so one doesn't have to recreate the entire video?
Thank you.
Murrey

I don't know of any way to tell, without removing one slide at a time and rechecking, sorry. Though you could try splitting your creation in half and trying each half separately, to see whether one half renders and the other not. If you find one half that doesn't render, then split that in half and try again. That might help you narrow down any problem.

Try contacting help desk to see if they can help.https://prosperative.com/helpdesk/

TBS is not abandoned. Both TBS3 and TBS4 are in use. If you want to discuss this, you need to contact help desk at https://prosperative.com/helpdesk/

Helpdesk let me know that Instant Video Wizard is now working again. I created a small test video a few minutes ago and it rendered and played fine.

Text to speech is not saving.  I have submitted support tickets and have not gotten any response.  I have a client that is pissed because I cannot deliver and I am getting no response from support!

I have submitted a ticket to helpdesk and have received a response that the problem is being dealt with by the coder.

Is it working for you yet?
Mine is not working.
No, I tried it there now with a small test video and it is not doing anything at present. I understand helpdesk is working on it.

Thanks, I can login, okay.
But images I place on a slide won't stay there, and text pasted to the slide won't paste in --- the wheel just spins and spins.
Then you need to contact helpdesk https://prosperative.com/helpdesk/ and describe the problem exactly. I may have a go later on to see if the same happens to me.

Hi,
Are others experiencing what I am - that IVW is down?
And how long it might be down?
Thank you.

Hi Murrey,
I was able to log into Instant videowizard just there now. Have you tried it again?

Anyone else get this error message?  Haven't been able to post to my blogs for almost a year now. It was a 409 error before, now a 406 what ever that is.  Anyone else use hostgator reseller and have this problem and managed to get it fixed?

 Test post (draft) creation failed!
-> Error ID: 406
-> Error Msg: Posting failed! The server returned a 406 error.

Thanks in advance

You may want to contact helpdesk at https://prosperative.com/helpdesk/ . For a number of these programs, there is now a small prosperative plugin (free) that helps with posting.

Also you may find a free plugin for "Open Graph" on Wordpress helpful. There are several plugins for it. I use the one called "open graph complete".

Instant Video Wizard / Re: html code for pause

I think this can be done without using HTML. But I haven't been using it lately, so you are best to ask help desk. https://prosperative.com/helpdesk/
