jlmailer question

I am not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask. If not, move this wherever you need to move it.

I have a question regarding JLMailer. What is the policy for importing a list?  I have a list of approximately 5,000 names from my Aweber account. I thought about closing my Aweber account after joining, but wasn't sure if I would be allowed to import this list.

If I can import this list, is a confirmation email sent out? Can I customized the confirmation letter?  What information is required for the import?

Thanks for your time,

Hello Rich,

I'll take advantage of your question here to Add a similar inquiry.:  I see that in the "Build a List" section, it is recommended to sign up for a Mail Managing application such as Aweber, GetResponse.

My question is, If JLMailer would be enough or is it always recommended to work with those mentioned above?

You can import 5,000 just fine as long as they're doubled-opted in and currently subscribed (not opted-out).

and yes, JL Mailer works great for list building. That's obviously what I use it for. :)
