Is KC a reliable product - Why can't I try before I buy?
« on: April 18, 2014, 07:43:29 PM »
Hi, I'm a new user from the UK.

I spent an hour or so analysing your site and was impressed by the way your software works. But then I found this forum and was disappointed at the sheer number of complaints about problems logging in, explorer not returning results, poor response from support team and host of other things that do not give me much confidence in purchasing the product!

Could you explain why you don't provide a free trial period so that I can evaluate the software before committing any money?

I realise you have a money-back offer but I have had bad experiences in the past with this way of doing things and I really don't have the time to pursue refunds etc.

If you will allow me to try before I buy then I would be a lot happier in continuing to use the software provided it reliably does what it says on the tin.

Many thanks

While there have been some problems recently, in general KC works well. Remember you ONLY get the complaints in a forum. The satisfied users are off using it and not here. Jon's money back guarantee works - it definitely does what it says on the tin!

Hi SEOOPS

I am also from the UK.

I am a heavy user of keyword canine.

Yes there have been problems on and off with keyword canine. I am sure you have read through them on the forum.

I have used keyword canine for two years now and when I have a problem I mention it within the forum and also send in a support ticket.

Jon, Josh, Daniel etc answer as soon as is possible. Sometimes really quick, sometimes a little bit longer.

As soon as Jon hears about a keyword canine problem he seems to jump on it as soon as possible and get things fixed.

I think he has had a time of it recently with all the changes going on with the keyword planner, that said, he gets the problems that causes sorted out fast and gets things running smoothly again.

Jon and his people will try their best not to let you down.

Jon also gives his customers special offers from time to time and also gives away a software tool free now and again as well.

Keyword canine is a great tool and is very useful, I am sure you would agree if you decide to buy it.

I am not an affiliate for any of Jon's products or services. I am just one of Jon's satisfied customers letting you know that in my experience he will not let you down.

Regards

John
