Help desk WILL get to you, apparently they are very busy at the moment. On some of the other forums I have seen it mentioned that occasionally Paypal doesn't automatically send out the access details and they don't know why. Have you checked your spam box? Some ISPs put the emails in there!  ???

No Spam, no product access. What gives? 2 days and counting...

...Sorry to be a royal pain but $197 is  $197, and 197 reasons for my continued disgust and anguish, and finally 2 days is 2 days counting.
I filed a complaint with PayPal. Sorry... Time is money. In this case, my money! I am a repeat and loyal customer of BS, IAW, 1-1 Links, and 3 other products. So I appreciate some a-c-t-i-o-n.

Thanking you

What's your ticket #? I have to tell you that there's nothing I can do as long as you have a dispute open. You have to close it first.

Nevermind -- I found your ticket and responded to it myself.  My apologies for the delay. We're pretty swamped after the launch of AB.

Hi Jonathan,

I understand you guys are very busy. However I purchased Article Builder (more than 3 days ago) and I still can't have access to the system. After my payment went through I got access ONLY once and then never again. I must point out also that I did not receive any download link at that time of purchase.
So I have opened a tickect more than 72hrs ago and received no response yet. I sent another ticket today because of no response. It's been very frustrating.

Here is my first ticket ID: 16724     Can you please take care of this matter?

Thank you.
Joe

You put your ticket in Thursday night Joe.  So you may have bought 3 days ago, but your ticket's not been in the system that long.

However, I've spoken to the helpdesk staff and they ware working over time to complete all tickets today, so you should get an answer today.

Joe,

I just looked and it shows that you've already created an account and setup your password.  You can reset your password if you forgot it by going here:

Jonathan,
I paid for Article Builder and have my receipt from PayPal dated October 18th .
I put a ticket in a few hours later when I received acknowledgement from you and had to confirm to receive email, but I never received a download link.  ( ticket #16476 )
I understand you are likely busy, but just how long  are we supposed to wait for a download link after we have paid for the product. This seems to be a trifle long for a products fulfillment.

Thanks for any help you can give.

It turns out there was a hiccup with the help desk that prevented a number of tickets from being visible.  My staff is working through those now.  My apologies for the delay.

Jonathan,
Thank you very much for your answer. I have been looking forward to using this item. I have a new site I am getting ready, and I need a lot of articles to get the site going.
I was just hoping that I had not gotten lost in the computers.
I have most of your programs, they really work well, and I think Article Builder will be a real complimentary program.

Thanks again.
