Thought AB was Free With TBS 3.0 Purchase?
« on: October 16, 2011, 07:51:26 PM »
I thought the Article Builder was free with the purchase of The Best Spinner 3 or there was a way to import articles created by Article Builder.

Am I right or wrong on this?

TBS USES ArticleBuilder to provide you with articles but the ArticleBuilder itself is a stand-alone program that will give you more if you subscribe to it. I suppose it's rather like Instant Article Wizard allows you to revise articles by using part of TBS but TBS is also a stand-alone program in its own right that provides much more (if you subscribe) than what it can do in IAW.

As we've all now received the email about Article Builder it would have been worth pointing out what differences there are between it and the upcoming TBS3.1 so that we can make an informed decision (Buy Now, only 500 places, etc...).

I agree with the earlier comments in that it would be very helpful to see a side by side comparison (spreadsheet maybe?) of Article Builder versus TBS with Article Builder.

I just purchased TBS so I could have access to this feature and now I get this confusing email about buying another product....

And with that marvelous sales tool of "fear of loss"  - only 500 people get access to it....   ???  It makes it even more important to get this comparison information as soon as possible.

Thanks!
J

Yeah, I join the request. For what I understand, the built in feature inside TBS3 is a "lite" version. I could see there are more topics covered in the AB product sold separately. But my concern was about uniqueness. So I tried with AB inside TBS3, checked with Copyscape and it passed. In the end, it's a great tool, so I presume that AB standalone is even better in terms of quantity and quality, although Jon also confirms that articles should be always checked for uniqueness. What I did not understand is this: if we buy the yearly subscription to AB, will we get the full listing inside TBS3, too?

The full version of AB is not currently built into TBS3. If you have an AB account you need to generate the articles inside of AB.

As to the benefits of Article Builder, it has:

1. More topics.
2. More content within each topic.
3. Title generation.
4. Introduction and Conclusion paragraphs.
5. The ability to generate multiple articles in one click.
6. The ability to store your jobs and rerun them with one click.

So there you have it.

Jon, if you could link Content Injection to TBS as projects for those who have paid the money you'd have a real class act on your hands.

Hi John.

I have TBS and IAW.  Was going to ask if I might as well drop IAW, as I rarely use it, and ask for an upgrade cost for existing TBS users.  Is IAW still worth pursuing in light of AB?

A generous upgrade/crossgrade discount would be welcome, especially in these times, and would reward your loyal clients with more loyalty :)

Then I got to thinking, well, this here Article Builder is so darn good, do I (or will I eventually) need TBS, for that matter.  If AB can eventually "do any niche", then why bother spinning at all?

I'm confused about the way forward, and as I might as well only do "gold standard" content creation, what advice can you give?

Regards,
Mike

Mike, as a user of Ab can I sugegst this:

The output from AB is very readable and useful but the articles are not really complete in and of themselves. They are a collection of independent paragraphs that happen to be related by theme/keyword.

You wil not be seeing articles that tell you how to do a thing frm first to last step, for example. That is where using TBS comes in, you can write a structured article with a beginning middle and end and make that article unique many, many times. AB does not do this.
