Looks like the site you're trying to post to is rejecting the post. Where are you trying to post to?

It's not the AB content that wordpress doesn't like. They have a block on the AB server's IP address (I assume because hundreds of users have posted to those blogs). Just copy/paste the content instead.

I already explained it. WordPress.com has blocked the AB server from posting to it because hundreds of AB users were doing so. You'll have to post manually to that site or host your own WP blog.

Blogs that are hosted on word press's dot com site are FREE blogs and Word Press can delete or block them at any time. They have chosen to block content from AB. If you get your OWN blog from word press dot NET, then you can post whatever you llike from AB. The reason is that you have to provide your own PAID for hosting for the dot NET blogs, whereas the dot COM site provides you with FREE hosting. Personally, I have some hosting (that I got VERY cheaply through videomike's recommendations on this forum) and I can add as many domain names as I like to it and use either fantastico or a similar program from the control panel to make each domain name into a word Press blog or site and add AB content to those. (I also use Amin Motin's WP plugin called CleanMe to get the WP site ready quickly before adding content)

Of course, this means paying for the hosting and the domain names and taking the 5 minutes to set up a WP site for each one. Jon has suggested how you can use WP's FREE blogs and AB without having to pay for hosting and domain names. If you want to continnue using FREE blogs, then downloading AB content and posting manually doesn't really take much time. I run a blog for my sister. She posts very funny  comments on her Facebook and I copy and paste those to a blog. Copying and Pasting text is VERY quick. No, it's not automatic but the free blogs are entirely under WP's control, so you could lose one (or all) at any time.
