Title: Timeing Out

Hello,

I am having an issue with either not being able to even load Tubesnooper it's not connecting or when I run a search it is freezing up after search 1 or 2 terms and timing out again. Then I need to wait several hours to be able to even log on to Tubesnooper and then it will run 1 or 2 terms and then freeze and time out again.

I am not a heavy user. Not sure why this is happening since it is cloud based.

Hey! I have had the same problem during the first 2 days after I have purchased TubeSnooper, and starting with the 3rd day I couldn't access ANY of prosperative's sites (and I literally mean any of them). So, I have used a VPN to change my IP and contacted support and they whitelisted my IP and now everything runs PERFECTLY :)

You should do the same (contact them and tell you to whitelist your IP)
