How Long Does Support Typically Take- To Help With Account Issues???

Hi Everyone,

I just tried to log into my best spinner account, and it says my account is inactive?? I paid my subscription earlier
on Oct 5th, 2017, like I do every year without any issues up until now.

In addition, I already put in a ticket to the help desk, along with my transaction ID, etc. So, I am wondering how
long does it typically take for them to get this sorted out, and my account back active?? Can anyone here who has had these issues, kindly let me know how long I should have to wait on this getting fixed for me??

I work a lot with writing etc, and I do use the best spinner from time to time, to help me get the content polished up.

Support tickets are generally responded to within 24 hours. How long as it been since you put in the ticket?

Hi Jon,

Thank you for the reply back, right after posting this message here, I did get a reply back from support, who then helped me to get the account working again:) I appreciate the help, and generally support is very fast with my requests, so was a bit concerned, which was why I posted the message. However, this customer is happy again :)  Thanks again!! All the best!!
