Wikipedia has been completely parsed for expired domains. It will be downloaded and parsed again soon, as new domains come and go all the time.

As for the rest, you have to do your research as I've already indicated. Don't just register domains because they have high views on YouTube. Make sure the domain is important to the video(s) and highlighted in the video description.

You're welcome Meg. I'm glad you're finding great domains. I check the lists each day (they're automated and ever-growing) and it always amazes me at what's available and what Tube Snooper users have been able to snap up for themselves.

I have more lists and benefits in progress, too. We'll announce those when they're ready. :)

Question 1 is it just me or has the Wiki domain search tool stopped working completely ? Im only seeing about 4-5 new domains aday and my lst new wiki domain that was added was from the 9th and nothing new , has the software stopped working as the last two week almost no movement in the wiki domain lists ,

Question 2 would it not be a simple code edit to be able see witch you tube channels views have risen ? and I have been finding a few that the backlinks we are seeing are not from the video description that are from within the comments and not going to driving any traffic , so far I love the tool for finding domains but the traffic aspect is seriously flawed as I have bought some of the highest traffic domains from tubesnooper and the results are not proving as of yet to match as I have stats on them all and 404 redirects running as well the catch all incoming to the domain as have to say that data and the results I am getting live seem to be at odds

It does not seem like getting those domains with traffic is going to be easy at all. Might be wasting a lot of money on a lot of duds before even coming across one that has even a few hundred visitors in a month.

I found another one that is generic enough to reuse (without any worries about the previous owner coming back for it), with 17 million views across many videos, and the videos still get traffic judging from the comments (some were new). Has a Facebook page with 1.7k likes and..............so far from my testing, only getting maybe 1 visitor a day.

Pinterest domains (with traffic) are very, very rare, especially if you are looking for something in your chosen niches.

I can tell you that there are many domains that drive traffic. You just have to do a bit of legwork.

Make sure that the video is still getting regular comments, which means it's still growing in views.

Also make sure that the domain is highlighted in the video description. Not only just one in the middle of a bunch of others but that attention is drawn to it. It's best if the link to it is visible without having to hit the "more" link.

I've registered domains that have generated hundreds of visitors in just a few days, and that's without millions of views for the videos.

Don't just register everything in the list that has a lot of views. Be smart about it.

views on the surface sounds great.. like wow.. but not a good indicator of actual traffic

now Im not sure how yotube compares to pinterest.. maybe pinterest is better

You could check the YouTube video views 24 hours later to see if they've gone up. For instance Tube Snatcher found one with 100+ million views that got more than 50,0000 additional views by the next day.

But then, by the time you're sure somebody else likely already registered the domain.

You can also check how actively comments are being posted to the video.

It's also important to look at HOW the domain is linked in the video description. Is attention drawn to it? Is it used in a call to action message?

I found a domain recently that only had a few hundred thousand views on the channel but has driven hundreds of visitors in a couple of days. It's all in how it's linked.

You can add instructions to the htaccess file to 301 redirect all nonexistent pages to the home page. That will redirect the link juice to the homepage.

I hope this question belongs here.

Is there ANY way to estimate traffic from a domain even though it has millions of views so far?

Because I am starting to see that even domains with millions of views do not necessarily have any traffic or so little that it's not worth the money to register them at all.

There are many stale and old videos in YouTube that do not get views any more although 5 years ago they were hot. Or else, it's a lousy niche or some gossip/celeb/foreign language/potentially TM issues domain that is very difficult or impossible to monetize properly.  :(

I did find one domain which has been on 100+ videos and has 10 million+ views, and even Facebook page with nearly 500 likes, etc. This is in an evergreen niche.

However, so far next to zero traffic. If you put the domain on parking, this is the fastest way to know if there is any traffic and/or if they have the propensity to click anything.

I'm wondering if anyone has actually found domains with traffic?

Being linked on so many videos with so many views has only resulted in like....1 visitor every 2 days or so. Far from what I was expecting.
