Swipe Viral / Re: Facebook Search Feature
« on: March 18, 2019, 02:19:57 PM »
I don't know what the answer will be, but I've already passed this feature request over to our coding team.

As we mentioned in the webinar itself, we'll be adding it to the normal help area within your account.

However, I have to edit that video and as I mentioned in the other thread I'm ill at the moment so it's likely to be tomorrow or Wednesday by the time I've uploaded it there.

Absolutely agree with you :)

And the good news is that there will be exactly that kind of training, but we had to get the launch done first and we'll be scheduling - and inviting everyone who got Swipe Viral - to that later this week.

The training is likely to be next week or the week after, depending how soon I recover from my illness!

Swipe Viral / Re: Need Assistance with xmlrpc.php
« on: March 14, 2019, 03:40:10 AM »
Years ago XML-RPC - in some cases - could make a site a bit less secure.

However it's not a problem these days, unless your hosting company is one of those who don't really understand it and how to use it.

You cannot autopost to a blog without it, so you'll have to decide whether to enable it and use Swipe Viral or do without the benefits.

It may even be that you need more than a plugin. Your hosting company might have added security rules that prevent XML-RPC from working. If that's the case you will need to speak to them to get it enabled.

I was first introduced to the concept of Kaizen by Tony Robbins (not personally, via his materials) a long time ago.

It's a great concept/philosophy and I do wish more people would learn of it and use it - particularly my kids!

I've read that book and it's a great book.

As to your point about Instant Video Wizard, I think you're assuming that Jon is the only coder we have who works on Instant Video Wizard.

There's a lot of work going on with it at the moment and frankly if you really think Content Samurai is the best in the video space, that's your privilege. Being considered the best and being the best are not the same thing.

It should be ok now.

Contact Scraper 2 / Re: Contact scraper question
« on: March 04, 2019, 07:13:27 AM »
Kritter,

If you can PM me details of the exact search you did I'll test on my copy of Contact Scraper to see what it produces.

In some cases you have to widen the scope of the keyword rather than making it too exact.

Tony,

I can see what the issue is, but I'm not sure how to fix it so I'll have to get our coder to take a look.

Just to update anyone who's seeing this, that zip file issue was resolved some time ago.

I'll take a look at this now.

The Best Spinner 3 / Weird Symbols Or Fonts - How To Fix
« on: February 08, 2019, 05:08:32 AM »
To get round the symbol font issue, what you'll need to do is close the article tab you have open and then open a new one, as shown in the video here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlU66Vh2bKk&feature=youtu.be

Please note, you'll have to copy and paste if you want to use an existing article, instead of opening it directly within TheBestSpinner.

That works around the problem, but you will have to do it each time you start up The Best Spinner.

A recent Windows update has caused this issue to occur. It wasn't happening before.
