That is what I have done in the past...slide the bar to turn the music off and intro music played just fine. Now, when I do that it cuts all the music off including my intro music.

Although not ideal, I figured out what to do. If I'm not able to add an image, which happened several times creating this video, I back up to the previous slide and duplicate it. Then, enter my text and add my image or video clip and it works. Then, I go back and delete the corrupt slide.

That's weird because it doesn't happen on every slide, just intermittently. And, of course it takes more time.

Here is what it looks like rendered:

The other item I can't seem to figure out is turning the music selected in IVW off for my intro and out videos. The video has its own music and as you'll see they conflict. I thought I could turn the music volume off within each slide. But, that completely shuts the audio off of the slide. Thoughts on this?

Let me know if you need anything else.

I'm getting the dreaded "unexpected error message" trying to upload my own images on this video...

I've tried it multiple times and can't get the image to upload without getting the error message. BTW, image is 640x720 created in Canva.

Thank you!

Ahhh, thanks Stevie Boy!

I can now upload images and change text in the cloned video. However, when I try to create a new video I am still getting the "unexpected error message...":

so I decided to try and create a new facebook video header for my client and this is what I got:

There is definitely something wrong with IVW today.

I cloned a facebook header video and am trying to update text and images for another client but I can't get past 90% updating on Slide 1.

Hey Jon,

Thanks. I went back again and determined that for some reason slide 29 was corrupt. This was an image of my client I had uploaded and all I can suffice is there was a hiccup in the first upload. Once I uploaded the image again I was able to render just fine.

Thank you for always being here to support us!

Okay...did what you said to do Jon and it worked. ;-)

However, the stream completely cut off the 1st slide, an AE that was 8 second long and the 1st few seconds of the 2nd slide, which is the thumbnail.

Here it is....

Is that YouTube or something that needs to be corrected in IVW?

Thanks for all your help!

Here you go...,undefined,videos_slides_list

By the way, I just streamed a video from another channel and everything went great. So, it's obviously something I've done or not done with this one.

No. Prior to this video I had no problems.

I deleted this live stream after chatting with you about the fact it didn't stream. You recommended deleting it.

I scheduled it again and it didn't stream again.

Perplexed and not sure what to do?

Still trying to figure out why I can't get my videos to live stream?

Are there any options in my YouTube account I need to modify? I've streamed from this channel several times over the past couple of weeks and IVW worked just fine.

How many keywords can you add to your live stream? I have 14 on this one: It occurred to me that possibly I have too many keywords although YouTube will typically tell me that on regular videos.

Any thoughts or direction are much appreciated?
