I get an error when I click on the download button

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="Off"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

I am unable to load any proxies from file. Nothing happens when I navigate and open proxy file. Also the UI is squashed up when looking at the single proxy settings. Does check rank though :)

That bug has been fixed. Open up the app and it should ask you to update. If not, close it and open it again. Please let me know whether that solves the problem or not.

So you're not even able to download the installer? You're getting this error on the page that asks for your email? What operating system and browser are you using?

Tex, I'm thinking your system may not allow redirects. Try going to this page to download and install and please let me know if you have any issues. Thanks

We're working out a small bug that is causing all Bing rankings to show N/A. Once it is done we will push it out and next time you open the app it will ask you to update.

This issue has been resolved. If you encounter it, close the app and reopen. If you are not notified of a new version, close it once more and reopen. It will then tell you there is a new version.

got the "install" button and proceeded....
Then got a chanllenge box for email...to register, verify or.....{forgot}
Then all disappeared without any instructions or what was going to happen....

I then found the Accurank Tracker desktop icon...
It would have been nice to have had some description as to what to
expect and look for to access the application...

Upon opening the application....
No access to URL or Keyword...{ grayed out }
Watched the tutorial after finding some reference under the help tab...

Still can not activate any search for URL or Keyword
without additional instructions or getting the dashboard tabs active....?

The process of installation and opening is the same with any other desktop software. So the "Site urls" and "Keywords" buttons are grayed out and nothing happens when you click them? This does happen when the app is in the process of checking rankings, but it should not happen if you have no websites or keywords loaded up. If you don't have any loaded up and they are grayed out then let me know your operating system and browser and we'll look into it. If you have stats loaded and it's working then just wait until the rankings are all done and those buttons will reappear.

ok all previous bugs have been corrected. Now working on the issue that a couple users are having... buttons not active. And also looking into one report of the app locking up when importing a BIG list of stats and then hogging system resources.

These two things will be worked out. Any other issues please let me know and we'll get them worked out as well. :)

Thanks - yes this now imports proxies.

I can't seem to see any settings to allow you to actually 'use' the proxies both on demand and for the scheduler though?

That bug has been fixed. Open up the app and it should ask you to update. If not, close it and open it again. Please let me know whether that solves the problem or not.

I just updated the video at http://www.accuranktracker.com/ it will show you that for now. By tomorrow I'll have a video explaining proxy integration on the tutorial page.
