SUCCESSFUL MODELS TO EMULATE
« on: January 18, 2018, 06:25:52 AM »
Hi Guys

I think since we are a small group I think we can share successful examples of sites and ways to use youtube to siphon traffic.

I will start first

here is a youtube video uploaded June 18 2015

over 700,000 views

inversion therapy  36 thousand subscribers.

https://youtu.be/UogxbusNOVo

can be very easily created with IVW

in fact many of thier videos are using robot voices.. and Im sure it took this guy much longer to create than what we can do

https://www.youtube.com/user/epainassist1/videos?disable_polymer=1

the main site https://www.epainassist.com/

which covers broader topics..  so each video seems to be used to drive traffic to thier main site.

can anyone tell me how these guys are monetizing???

adsense????   im not sure

I do see an newsletter optin

any feedback from the pros??

any speculation to how much revenue these guys are doing????

if I find more I will share these to use as models

I think this is a good idea of yours - find a successful model and see if you can emulate it.  ;D
They may be a customer of nichejet or a member of the coaching site. I see link ads on the top of the site that look very familiar. They look as if they are using Youtube to drive customers to their site. I got "treated" to an advert before I could watch the video. They have their calls to action and links everywhere and also they have a watermark on the video, which is a good idea. They look as if they have a number of videos available and the niche of "pain relief" is probably good (I haven't checked).

Very prominent link to their website in the description, which is a good idea.

I had a look at their site and it's plastered with ads and an optin popup.

There are lots of ways they can make money from this, but if you want to dig deeper, visit their site and sign up to their newsletter.

You'll see what kind of information they provide and what kind of affiliate offers they promote - and how often. That would be a valuable intel. resource.

My favourite way to make money is to give the videos away for free.

Allow me to explain.

Charities.  They are DESPERATE to get info out about their events, which is totally understandable.
So a watermark throughout the video or your contact details at the end, will allow viewers to get in touch and PAY you to create a video for them, too.

This has worked for me while using other video platforms and so, I'm also going to try it with IVW.

The charities are, in fact, advertising YOUR business evey time they run the promotion.  It sounds too simplistic but it really does work.  I've gotten plenty of bookings using this method.

thank you for your input

makes sense and I agree..  I want to use this to offer businesses a free video valued at $300 - $500  as a relationship starter..  and since its activity based not performance based when you deliver and they love the video.

you offer them the core offer..

whatever that is

Another angle that works nicely is to stand up at networking events etc. and ask the audience if they would like to partake in your 'Pilot Program'.

Then explain that you are about to launch a proven video system but simply need to get feedback on the process.

I do this for all my new services and take on a few businesses for their free video (in this case) that they are going to pilot for me.

After they see how well you communicate over the creation process, they end up using a paid-for service.  My servcies are mostly attracting monthly payments and so this is a very lucrative way of bringing new businesses on board.

As long as you can give them a REASON why it's being offered for free, they tend to come on board.  Otherwise they just think, 'If he's giving it away for free, it can't be any good'.  So, the 'Pilot Scheme' is the perfect reason.

Don't forget to tell them what the price will be after the Pilot Scheme has finished and it's put on general release ... this creates urgency and they tend to come on board right away, rather than asking for time to think about it.

What about the new live video? Put a video on Youtube,
"Are you watching this? Your clients could be watching this. Contact me, etc." Link to some free ones you have done for charities or local events, etc. One local man I know (he is not using IVW but using his own video camera) is recording everything going on in his local small community and uploading to Youtube. He uses Facebook to let local people know about the videos, which gets his views up, because they all want to see their friends and family on the video.
