Title: Can't Create Videos?

Hi,
   I actually bought this product before but stopped using it because of this same issue. I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing or not. I'm quite familiar with the program, and tried to create 3 videos when it crashed.

Can you provide all of the settings you're selecting and the text of the video you're trying to create?
