Do Existing IAW Users have to Pay for the Version
« on: December 20, 2010, 03:25:45 PM »
Hi
I have had IAW since earlier in the year.  When I bought it I am pretty sure it included all future updates as part of the $67 purchase price.

With this new update to V.3+ will I have to pay more money?

Thanks

FrangG,

The way I am understand what Jon said, subscribers with existing accounts
will not have to pay until their yearly plan pay date.

May be wrong, but I don't think so..

Here is what Jon had to say in another thread"

"Yes, it's a free upgrade for current users, which means no annual fee for current users."

How about those of us who bought the first version of IAW?  I also bought Answer Analyst which is, for those of us who bought it for article research (most of us?), also obsolete with this new tool.  Seems we should get some kind of upgrade credit for buying all these previous products even if they weren't IAW 2.
