Prosperative Support

Sorry for posting this here, but I bought Niche Jet on Nov 23, and I've heard nothing from the Help Desk since then.

I posted a ticket to inform that I will register the domain myself and to provide the cPanel details. I have finally gotten the domain but I don't want to send the info in if there does not seem to be anybody in the support.

Today is November 29, and so it's been a week with nothing but....... crickets.

Hi Gomedia,
This is now the weekend. Unfortunately, there is not always someone in over the weekend. I got a response from help desk yesterday, so I know they have been in. Did you send your ticket to https://prosperative.com/helpdesk/ ? Alternatively, did you check your spam folder as sometimes the messages go there.

Hi Meg,

Affirmative yes on all. I even opened a new ticket days ago, asking why nobody is answering, and that ticket is also not answered.

And the funny part is the promo emails for Niche Jet or the Face Group Automator are arriving just fine  ;) ::)

I’ll handle this for you, but so I’m clear, you didn’t submit your site choice details via the submission form you get after making a purchase?  You only sent your details via support?

If you send me a private message with the details it will come to my email. The site build team do work at weekends so we can probably get your site sorted out very quickly for you.

I too put in a support ticket on Nov 26 and haven't heard back yet, I'm hoping it's just because of the Thanksgiving Holiday schedule and the New Product Launch that they had.

Maybe someone will read this post and help me with my issue as well

I take it you  have checked your spam folder and used the https://prosperative.com/helpdesk/ ticket page?

When I log into support it says my ticket is "awaiting for staff reply"  I submitted my ticket on 11/26 and actually added to the ticket on the same day but have yet to get a response.

This has been an ongoing problem for me over the years and I have hesitated to buy from Jon because of this.

My current support ticket is regarding a personal situation with a rebilling issue and it looks to me that I'm never going to have it resolved.

Thank you Meg for at least acknowledging there could be an issue and I would appreciate it if you know how to get in touch with someone that can help me out I would certainly be indebted to you.

I've never been much of a public forum participant, i'm more of a reader that writer so I really am at a loss of what to do.

I'm getting ready to travel and I'm not sure I will have my laptop with me so maybe you can have them look at my request and at least respond as I can get email on my phone.

I can't see a ticket from you under the email you have on this forum. If you PM me the email address you used to open your ticket I'll check it for you.

gomedia, it makes no sense for you not to give us your cpanel details. Just provide them or the site builders cannot progress your site build.
